**All Session Fees are non-refundable but are eligible for a one-time transfer to another session with Reflective Images Photography due to illness. Any cancellation will automatically forfeit the $35 entry fee that will already be paid on your behalf so only the $100 will be transferrable to another session. Please keep in mind, cancelling a session for any reason, does not guarantee rescheduled availability during the 2025 holiday season. There is a $50 charge for any additional transfers. Any session cancelled by Reflective Images Photography for bad weather or any other reason will be rescheduled with the client at no additional charge around availability.
